Apart

In a series of paintings titled "Apart" I use bold colors and organic, rounded shapes. Each shape feels like it could be part of something larger, but it sits on its own. The space between the shapes is important—it shows distance, separation.
The paintings are meant to be easy to look at but also make you think about what it feels like when people, ideas, or pieces of life drift apart.
